Effective and Trustworthy Leaders: Fantasy or Reality?

Presenter: Kirsten Mosier

 Thursday, March 7th, 2019 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Location: Lloyd Staffing, Melville, NY

Emerging leaders (those that get promoted) are not necessarily effective leaders (those who lead high performing teams). Subsequently, these characteristics affect the ability of a leader to build trust in a team. In fact, there is only a 10% overlap between these two groups. Join us in learning how to identify characteristics of both groups and ways leaders can build trust within their teams.

Learning Objectives:

  1. What are the characteristics of emerging leaders?
  2. What are the characteristics of effective leaders?
  3. What are the four behaviors necessary to build trust?
