With over ten years of experience, Sy has served in management, consultant, and research roles in various corporate, academic, and applied settings.
As co-founder and Vice President of Consulting with Talent Metrics and Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Farmingdale State College – SUNY, he has collaborated with organizations through consulting engagements in his areas expertise - training and development, selection, survey design, performance management, and team building.
Has spent over 24 years in the learning and development arena. Larry loves providing inspirational workshops, with experience facilitating leadership development, sales, and technical training.
He provides comprehensive learning support in training design and development as well as learning management system expertise. Larry has held certifications from Blanchard, Covey, Workplace Connections, Netspeed Leadership, Predictive Index, and Mind Gym. He has earned a Six Sigma Green Belt in methodology and has been recognized by Training Magazine as an Effective Performance Consultant. Larry has served as VP Finance,VP Membership, and President.
Lisa has spent her career in Learning and Human Resources, working in the Hospitality industry. She holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Lisa served as Chapter President and VP Programming for ATD LI.
With over 20 years of experience in training and OD within diverse industries, Michele has provided customized Management and Leadership training to the Long Island business community.
Her workshops focus on the often-overlooked people skills that can positively impact morale, productivity, performance, and profits. By educating managers on developing skills to sharpen and focus on the bottom-line, Michele has helped companies deliver measurable financial returns and excel in their markets.
