We're often required to move an entire company at the same time. But how do we provide the right information, at the right time, to the right people, to step each person through the training and communication in a way that is best for them? In order to be successful, we have to break through the noise and engage employees early and often. Using game-based principles, we can make it personal and engaging while building relationships throughout the organization. This webinar is the dissection of a gamified solution, Adoptify, for change training and communication that resulted in a measurable approach to organizational readiness. The solution included a multi-week communication program that delivered weekly challenges. Leaderboards and recognized Change Champions provided visibility to the competition with internal prizes and donations to reinforce and recognize participation. Ultimately, the solution resulted in more than 90% of users completing the necessary training and having the ability to perform the needed behaviors at go live.
