Engage with our chapter members and assist with efforts to attract new members, provide onboarding and orientation, and manage membership relationships to connect, engage, and grow our community of talent development professionals.
Programming is a key benefit for our members. Aligning with ATD's Capability Model, and hosted by industry experts, events are planned throughout the year in many formats, with our fellow chapters, and in conjunction with ATD National events.
We are a part of the business community on Long Island. Our Outreach team works to connect with current and potential chapters and sponsors to create partnerships and opportunities with organizations to enhance the chapter and the benefits we provide to our members.
Marketing & Communications
Our Marketing and Communications team works with each group to ensure our community is in the know. They are also responsible for our social media strategy, marketing campaigns, and overall content strategy for media outreach and our website.
The Technology team keeps our website running smoothly, and ensures we have the right tools and platforms to serve our community effectively, including administration of platforms, and working with each team to keep us up and running seamlessly.
