Elaine is the former Chief People Innovation Officer at Northwell Health and has now launched The Good Trouble Company, serving as Co-Founder and Managing Principal.

She will be leading a discussion titled, The Connection Between Cultural Transformation and Strategic Talent Acquisition.

This is a subject Elaine knows well and she will share some of the challenges, processes and successes in making this connection.

There is no cost to attend.  It is set for Wednesday, March 20th from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the lower level Conference Room of LLoyd HQs’ building at 445 Broadhollow Rd., Melville 11747.

We will have a continental breakfast starting at 8 a.m. with networking until 8:30 a.m. and then the presentation will run for approximately one hour.  Elaine will also offer a Q&A before we conclude.
