Join us for this interactive presentation as we discuss why the topic is relevant in today’s work-place based on the current state of organizations and identify some common workplace issues related to diversity buy-in. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions about how to overcome specific buy-in issues while sharing their experiences and successes with implementing D&I programs into the workplace. Strategies for overcoming resistance will also be introduced. Lastly, the presentation will center around how to evaluate the effectiveness of D&I programs based on experience and research.
