Being a Great Leader Outside of Your Mind
If you ask tenured managers if they think they’re a good leader, most will answer affirmatively. If you ask the staff they manage, you might hear a different answer. Why do we wear rose-colored glasses in our minds regarding our ability to lead?
In this webinar, we’ll tackle the contributing factors that blind managers to their ability to lead effectively. Leadership development is heavily contingent on honest assessment, both external and internal. We will work through the criteria that should appear on both assessments and how that is meant to chart a path for learning and development.
