Maximizing business impact through learning and development initiatives is a major challenge for L&D leaders, both globally and historically. Most models have proved too cumbersome or time-consuming to adopt. At Learning Pool, we are working with Learnovate, the learning technology research center based in Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, which has taken on this challenge. This webinar will share the findings from Learnovate’s two-year research project, including the development of their initial model and a co-created working model employed at Learning Pool. Using examples from real-life cases, you will learn how you can adopt this model and move L&D toward the position of a strategic partner to the organization.

Regularly invited to speak at conferences globally or consult on learning experiences designs for Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, or universities, she excels at helping customers identify core requirements and leading a team to deliver a scalable digital learning solution for them that exceeds their desired results.

With a master’s degree in adult education and a PhD in instructional design for online learning, she has spent more than a decade researching the intersection where strategy and technology come together to support learner mastery.
