Creativity has dominated the business landscape and carried businesses through the past years’ crisis situations. Agile organizations kept up with the times, which distinguished them from the competition, cemented their market share, and propelled their brands into the forefront. As organizations migrate out of crisis mode into recovery, fostering creativity remains important. Today, it’s not born from necessity or survival; for creativity to flourish in a sustainable way, it needs to have the right corporate culture.

Tamara Anderson

Tamara Anderson aligns culture and strategy to create unique and tailored solutions that get    people engaged in their business and focused on results. She is a proud graduate of the University of North Dakota, a certified Dale Carnegie trainer, executive coach, and Everything DiSC facilitator. Tamara lives in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, and Denver, Colorado, with her husband, Parker. In her spare time, she loves to hike, cycle, read, cook, and enjoy time on the waters of beautiful Detroit Lake.

Neville De Lucia has been in the people development business for more than 20 years. He started his career as a certified financial planner and joined Dale Carnegie as a performance consultant in October 2000. Throughout the years, he has applied his trade globally and supports the development of organizations by delivering customized training to clients in the US, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Neville and his wife, Caryn, moved to Cary, North Carolina, in January 2021 with their three daughters and are excited to build a successful business in the US.
