3 Keys to Unlocking Modern Team-Based Learning

Team-based learning (TBL) carries many well-known benefits for organizations. However, today's workforce presents multiple challenges that impact the efficacy of TBL, such as rising differences in individual and generational learning modalities, delivering content immediately relevant to team challenges, and making the learnings stick, especially as teams move to more asynchronous and remote communication tools. This webinar addresses the keys to unlocking each of these challenges.

During this webinar, you will learn to:

• List the three keys to TBL challenges, and describe how each key can contribute to team learning.
• Determine if your organization is already applying any of the keys.
• Assess potential gaps in your current approach to TBL, and determine if one or more of the keys may help fill them.

Ben is addicted to learning and a self-proclaimed lifelong learner. Working for Fidelity Investments, Instructure, Pluralsight, and Class Technologies, he has held various roles including director of L&D, director of e-learning, facilitator/instructional designer, learning consultant, enterprise sales, and one of his favorite roles, Jr. High Spanish teacher. Ben is passionate about stories and books and believes in the power of compelling stories to change lives.

Ben was born in South America and has lived a combined nine years across Ecuador, Guatemala, and Puerto Rico. Ben currently resides in Utah with his wife and three daughters. Outside of work, Ben is a freelance actor, composer, and aspiring playwright.
