Creating Sustainable Change: What to Do before Building New Habits.

Join this month’s ATD Mid-Atlantic Regional Webinar for an enlightening program on how to create sustainable change. The key elements discussed are (1) identifying the key leading indicators with metrics and (2) establishing an environment of self- and mutual accountability.

By focusing on these two key elements, you will be well equipped to measure and track your progress, as well as foster an environment of accountability that is not manager-dependent, thus paving the way for sustainable change.

As this program will be highly interactive, please come prepared with your own experiences to share.
