The ADDIE process (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) continues to be used with a proven record of success for instructional design. Many learning content designers indicate they are better prepared to accomplish the challenging work of creating effective training materials once they have an understanding of the ADDIE principles.

Join in a session for an overview of ADDIE. Apply this knowledge by breaking into small networking groups for a more in-depth discussion of each of the principles and how you would apply the ADDIE process to real-life business challenges.
