Curiosity isn’t just a personal trait - it’s a powerful professional tool. In times of change and uncertainty, the best leaders don’t always have the answers, but they know how to ask the right questions. This program explores how curiosity can be harnessed to inspire engagement, spark innovation and fuel growth in individuals, teams and organizations. Drawing on insights from change management, program management, data and AI, Allie Hartman will share practical ways to use “curious questions” and AI-powered prompts to reframe challenges, uncover new possibilities and strengthen collaboration. Participants will leave with a toolkit of questions and prompts they can immediately apply to their own projects, teams and careers.

Alexandra “Allie” Hartman is a seasoned Change Management Strategy Lead andis currently the AI Transformation Project Manager at AgileOne, where she oversees the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from concept and planning through execution, monitoring and delivery. She specializes in human-centered, data-driven and AI-enabled strategies for large-scale digital transformations.
She is also the founder of The Change Curiosity Lab, LLC, where she creates practical frameworks, toolkits and thought leadership that help change practitioners and leaders harness the power of curiosity, innovation and AI.
Allie serves on the Global Board of Directors for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), where she helps shape the future of the discipline through strategy, advocacy and education. She is among the inaugural cohort of Master Change Management Professionals (MCMP™), and holds her CCMP™ certification, along with multiple advanced degrees in Psychology, Survey Research and Business Analytics & Project Management.
