About This Event
Many meetings, workshops, and conference sessions rely on lectures, panels, or basic from-the-room discussion. While these formats can share information, they often miss the opportunity to tap into the experience and ideas already in the room. This interactive session introduces simple, practical discussion formats that shift from one-to-many communication toward more engaging peer-to-peer learning. Participants will try several easy-to-use structures that increase participation, surface useful insights, and bring more voices into the conversation. These approaches work with groups of almost any size—from small teams to large conference audiences—and can be used immediately in meetings, trainings, and learning programs.
