Topic - "Maximizing the Employee Life Cycle Through Metrics"

Presenter - Sayeedul Islam, PhD , Assistant Professor of Psychology, Assistant Professor of Psychology.

Organizations have a variety of systems in place to manage the selection, training, development, and performance appraisals of their employees. Despite calls to integrate talent management across these various subsystems, training practitioners are rarely able to take full advantage of the data that is available to them.

In order to be an effective training professional and an effective organization, these metrics should be integrated across the different levels of the organization: (1) individual employee (2) work group, and (3) organization. This session will focus on how to use the metrics of your organization to create an effective employee life cycle. Learn how to make your metrics work for you rather than just working to create metrics.
